What you get

Everything in the
managed plan.

Five things that turn Flake into a fully managed service. Each one is handled by a named person and written into your plan, not just promised on a sales call.

  1. 01included

    Managed setup

We configure the bot to your community, not the demo.

A setup specialist walks the entire surface with your team: captcha, role gates, welcome flows, bridge routing, automations, escalation paths. We hand back a documented config, not a default template.

  2. 02included

    The owners, directly

No account manager in the middle.

The people who run Flake own the relationship themselves: weekly review notes, quarterly roadmap input, a direct line for anything load-bearing. The same owners from kickoff to year three.

  3. 03included

    On-call engineering

A phone number that reaches an engineer.

When a production issue lands, you reach engineering on the same day, not a tier-1 queue. Incident response target under 30 minutes for severity-1, with a written postmortem.

  4. 04co-built

    Custom integrations

Your CRM, your data lake, your runbooks.

We build the integrations you need against your real systems: CRM sync, support handoffs, audit pipelines, custom event hooks. Scoped, estimated, shipped against a written spec.

The team

You talk to the people
who built Flake.

There is no support tier between you and a fix. When you reach out, you get one of two people: an owner who runs Flake, or an engineer who wrote the code. Either one can change the roadmap or fix what is breaking.

The people who run Flake.

Contracts, roadmap, pricing, escalations. When a decision needs an owner, you are already talking to one. No account-manager relay, no "let me take that back to the team."

The people who built what you run.

The engineer who reads your incident is the one who can fix it. No tier-1 script, no triage queue retyping your problem into a ticket someone else opens next week.

How our enterprise plan is different

Enterprise support
that is actually

enterprise.

Many enterprise tiers are just the standard product at a higher price. Ours puts the owners and engineers who built Flake directly in touch with your team.

typical vendors
+flake enterprise
"dedicated support" that is really a ticket queue
+the owners and engineers, directly, in a shared channel
an agent who reads a script and escalates out of sight
+the people who wrote the code, who can fix it on the thread
an enterprise tier that turns out to be the same product
+a written plan, agreed and signed before kickoff
SLAs that exist for procurement, not for incidents
+a direct line that reaches engineering within 30 minutes
What enterprise means here

About

flake · 2026

For us, enterprise means a real person who picks up, a plan that is written down, and an owner or engineer who can actually change something. If an enterprise plan is just the regular product with a higher price, it isn't really enterprise.

So we staff this plan the way we'd want it staffed ourselves: an owner who answers and an engineer who can fix it, with no support tier in between. We put everything in writing because the relationship needs to outlast the kickoff call.
