Troubleshooting
The bot doesn't appear in my server after inviting
Check that you selected the correct server during the invite process. Make sure you have administrator permissions in the server. If the bot still doesn't appear, try the invite link again.
I'm getting a "No License Found" error
This error indicates that you need a premium license to use custom branding features. If you want to use your own bot with custom name and avatar, you'll need to purchase a premium license. Otherwise, you can continue using the free Flake Bot with all features included.
The activation command isn't working
Ensure the bot has been successfully added to your server. For Discord, permissions are set when you invite the bot. For Telegram, make sure you've granted the bot Administrator permissions in your group settings. Also check that you're typing the command exactly as provided, including the /activate prefix.
My custom bot token is being rejected
Verify that you've copied the complete token without extra spaces. For Discord, ensure the bot has the necessary permissions in the Discord Developer Portal. For Telegram, confirm the token is from @BotFather.
The bot has no permissions in my server
For Discord: The bot permissions are set during the invite process. If permissions are missing, you may need to re-invite the bot and ensure you accept all requested permissions. For Telegram: Go to your group settings and grant the bot Administrator permissions.
Can I switch from Flake Bot to a custom bot later?
Yes! You can upgrade to a custom bot anytime by purchasing a license. Your existing configurations and data will be preserved during the transition.
